Overview

Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) runs a yearly campaign called Steptember to raise funds for kids and adults living with Cerebral Palsy across Australia. As part of this, volunteers were signing up to a challenge where they needed to complete 10,000 steps daily to collect money for the cause. Digitas came into the project looking after their website, CRM and video communications, which were channels where people would create their profiles, keep track of their progress and receive information about Steptember.

Outputs

I produced approximately 40 videos for them including storyboarding, designing, animating supers and brand new graphics and editing footage sourced by myself. The primary goal of these video tutorials was to explain the campaign, provide best practices and tips on raising money, and to show how people with cerebral palsy benefit from CPA’s services.

Systems

For their CRM’s I laid down a design template guide using Sketch, setting all components and pieces in the right specs ready to be rolled out by other designers in our automated eDM platform. This master file consisted of a group of headers, footers, different image and copy combinations (cards) accompanied by their respective requirements, giving the team flexibility to put these pieces together in the nearly hundred emails we sent out.
