Digitas is part of the Neighbourhood, a combined arrangement of forces from various agencies across the Publicis group. From this partnership, we receive constant design requests, which can vary from visuals for pitches and concepts, animations, video editing and other assorted solicitations. Whilst working across these digital activities for Arnotts I’ve also had the opportunity to art direct specific assets and deliverables, especially in relation to motion design.
Work
Highlighting a few jobs, for example, Arnott’s Recipe Release, was a series of videos where chefs would cook classic recipes using Arnott’s products. After shooting, the raw footage was passed into my care, to conduct grading, creation and motion of existing and new auxiliary graphics and a montage of clips. The campaign rolled out through Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and Arnotts.com.au. In addition to that, I delivered other design pieces for their website, like campaign image resizes and retouched assets, whilst making sure they would work responsively over desktop and mobile ratios.
Promoting New Products
Identifying dates where social media has high engagement, we created batches of posts delivering them during specific occasions such as Mother’s Day and the last season of Game of Thrones. These activities occurred during the launch of the Anott’s chocolate bars, which meant all our designs were directed to promote these new products.
Arnotts Campbells
For the launch of Arnott’s chocolate bars, we’ve delivered a few thematic designs, such this one, released during the Game of Thrones debut
